How we process and share information, and the choices available to you.

1. Scope and contact
This policy describes the current development version of Derkenar, developed by Atlas Horizon Teknoloji ve Yazılım Limited Şirketi. Contact destek@atlashorizon.tech or support@atlashorizon.tech for support and privacy requests. Signing integrations depend on the test version; this page does not mean that general e-signature release is ready.
2. Documents and on-device processing
The UDF, PDF, TIFF and other supported documents you select may contain content, filenames, metadata, edits, scans and signature information. Editing, viewing and Apple Vision OCR run on the device; these operations do not upload document content to Atlas Horizon servers. The app does not profile you for advertising or send document content for advertising or general analytics.
3. Permissions, dictation and storage choices
Camera access is requested for scanning, selected photos for import, and microphone/speech recognition for dictation when you use those features. Speech recognition runs on the device when supported; depending on device/language support it may use Apple’s speech services. Saving to iCloud Drive or another Files provider, sharing and printing may transfer data to your selected service. You may avoid these features or change permissions in iOS/iPadOS Settings.
4. USB e-signature
With a supported USB card and reader, documents, certificates and signature data are processed on the device and during communication with the card. The card PIN is used temporarily in the local PIN field; it is not persisted or sent to a server. Never include your PIN in a support email. Certificate-holder identity, document/signature matching, certificate trust, revocation and timestamps are separate checks; an unperformed check is not treated as successful.
5. Local settings, retention and deletion
Documents and settings may remain on your device or selected storage until you delete them or remove the relevant app data. Exported copies, iCloud versions and backups are managed separately. The app stores local agreement version, acceptance time and text-digest records. Local transaction/waiting state may be retained to prevent repeated mobile signing requests.
6. Remember my information
If enabled, your phone number, Turkish identity number and operator are stored only in the device Keychain and are not synchronized through iCloud Keychain. Turn the option off to request deletion; the app warns if deletion fails. Removing the app does not necessarily remove Keychain records. SIM PINs and transmission/signing approval are not remembered; every new operation requires its own approval.
7. Purposes, collection and legal bases
Data comes from selected files, form fields, hardware accessed with device permissions and results of signing operations you initiate. Processing relies on establishing/performing a contract for requested document and signing functions, legitimate interests that respect fundamental rights for security and diagnostics, and where relevant legal obligations or protection of rights. Separate, specific consent is requested for transfers requiring it. You are responsible for assessing your authority and legal basis for third-party information in your documents.
8. External services and support records
Apple services and your selected cloud/file providers may use infrastructure outside Türkiye. Support messages you choose to send us are processed through Apple iCloud Mail under our website and contact privacy notice.
9. Your choices and rights
You can revoke device permissions, delete remembered information and documents, and avoid optional external services. We cannot remotely access local documents, so you must delete files on your device or in your own cloud account.
