Derkenar support

Select your document in Files or choose “Open in Derkenar” from another app’s share sheet. Use the text and formatting tools, then save as UDF. Keep a separate original copy of important documents.

UDF editing, PDF and TIFF viewing, document scanning and OCR are available together. OCR runs on the device; review the recognized text before using it.

USB e-signature uses your personal certificate with a supported smart card and reader. Mobile signature requires an active subscription with your mobile operator and approval on your phone. Hardware, certificate and operator support depend on the app version.

Derkenar is in development. E-signature and mobile signature depend on the test version and supported integrations; they are not offered as a signing service ready for general release.

Do not treat the operation as complete. Check that the signed output exists and matches your document. Avoid repeated requests and follow the app’s waiting period and error instructions. Send us only the error message, version and device model, not PINs or confidential document content.

No. Derkenar is an independent app developed by Atlas Horizon. Saving or signing a document does not submit it to a court or file an application through UYAP. Verify official submission and receipts in the relevant system.

Manage documents in the Derkenar archive and the Files/iCloud location where you saved them. Exported copies and backups must be deleted separately. Turn off “Remember my information” in the mobile signature form to delete the phone number, identity number and operator stored on your device.
